Booked last Monday morning, arranged a plumber to come out on the Wednesday - he called as a courtesy call when was on his way and arrived on time, inspected the hot water system and confirmed it was on its last legs. Fantastic service from start to finish. We had a new air conditioner, an additional tap and a ceiling fan installed. The fan was faulty, but it had been purchased elsewhere. The team went above and beyond by contacting the supplier on our behalf, explaining the issue and helping organise a replacement. They've already booked a time to come back and install the new fan.
