Your Local Trader has been the best experience I’ve had with tradesmen. From the receptionists to payment, professionalism was evident right through.All of them spoke naturally to me, NOT at me, as has happened with some tradies I’ve had the misfortune to encounter so didn’t hire. Brendan came to check my gas hot water system and confirmed what I was dreading, it had to be replaced. He explained everything clearly, the new system that suits where I live by a beach, costs no matter how long it would take and answered all my questions, articulating the why’s and how’s. Next day Benny and Stavi arrived with their beautiful smiles and great sense of humour. Benny explained everything they’d be doing & completed the installation, all the time updating me on what was happening. They explained an electrician Jordan would come whenever it suited me to add the electric compotent that safeguards the gas hot water system. A date & time was set. I now had hot water again and extremely grateful for well mannered professional plumbers Benny and Stavi with their wonderful personalities. Jordan the electrician and Kane a plumber are also respectful, personable professionals.who came a few days later about the electrical work. Jordan was great and quietly went about installing the electrical side and like Kane, both happily chatting to me & explaining what they were doing. I have nothing but admiration for the professional young men who came to install my new hot water system. They all made it look so seamless and their happy intelligent personalities was a bonus.
