Ben was very professional towards me. He was prompt in his response to my leaking tap issue in my ensuite. He came on time , gave me a very reasonable quote for the job and explained in detail what the job consisted of and parts he was replacing and when I gave him the ok went about doing the repair. He completed the repair to a very high standard and tidied up afterwards including checking other taps in the main bathroom and found all to be ok .I would highly recommend Ben for any plumbing repair and will have no hesitation in having him back in the future for any plumbing issues at my house.
